Riley Sager's Home Before Dark has been on my "literally cannot wait to get my hands on this" list since I learned he was coming out with a novel this summer.
Sager just gets better with time. This was his thriller debut and, while it's not bad, it doesn't have the oomph of his newer novels.
I typically reach for romance novels when I'm in between thrillers. Mysteries, thrillers, true crime - if it's promising a bone chilling plot twist, I'm in.
